[ 01 ] How fast do orders ship?
In-stock pieces ship in 1–3 business days from Houston, TX. Each product page shows its exact window in the SHIPPING row — most tees go out in 1–2 days. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your order leaves.
[ 02 ] What does pre-order mean?
Pre-order pieces are made after the drop closes — that's how we keep runs limited without overproducing. Pre-orders ship in 2–4 weeks (the product page shows the exact window). Your card is charged at checkout, and the piece is locked to you from that moment.
[ 03 ] How do I get my size right?
Check the size chart before you order. Lay a tee you already like flat and measure it: chest pit to pit, length top of shoulder to hem — then match those numbers against the chart. Where we have them, per-item measurements are listed right on the product page. Not all sizes exist for every item; the size buttons on each product page show what's actually offered. Still unsure? Message us — we reply within 2–4 business days.
[ 04 ] What's your return policy?
All in-stock sales are final — no returns. Runs are small and most pieces never come back, so we can't restock worn items. That's also why we push the size chart so hard before you buy.
The one exception: pre-order items carry a 14-day exchange — if the fit is wrong when it arrives, contact us within 14 days and we'll swap the size while stock lasts.
[ 05 ] It's sold out. Will it come back?
Maybe — some pieces get one restock, most don't. Every sold-out product page has a NOTIFY ME IF THIS RESTOCKS box; drop your email there and you'll get one message if that exact piece returns. No restock, no email, no spam. Sold-out pieces stay catalogued in the archive.
[ 06 ] How do drops work?
New collections release as timed drops — the banner at the top of the site counts down to the next one. Drop items are visible early but locked until the drop moment, then first come, first served. Join the drop alert list (banner or bottom of the home page) and we'll email you when it goes live. Quantities are limited on purpose; when it's gone, it's archived.
